Welcome, Parents and Families!

Whether you are a "first-timer" or an experienced college parent—whether you live across town or on the other side of the world—wherever you find yourself and whatever your circumstances—you are a valuable member of the Knox College community. You, after all, have raised and nurtured the bright, enthusiastic, and capable young adults we are proud to call Knox students!

Knox College offers a wealth of opportunities for your student, both in the classroom and through our extensive co-curricular program. Sometimes the array of choices and resources can seem overwhelming. The Knox staff and faculty are here to support you and to help you stay connected to your student as you journey with them through their college experience.

If you have questions and you're not sure where to turn, visit Resources for Parents or Parent FAQs for helpful links and information.

Connect through Social Media

We're on Facebook! If you'd like to have a conversation or share information with other parents just like you, join our Knox College Parents Facebook group. You can also like the Knox College page to keep up with goings-on around campus.

Connect by Getting Involved

As the parent of a Knox student, you are in a unique position to contribute to the educational experience of all of our students by sharing your wisdom, time, and talent. Members of the Knox College Parents' Council act as a sounding board for the administration on important issues facing students by providing a unique perspective, the parents' point of view, support the admissions process by speaking to parents of prospective students, serve as ambassadors for Knox by participating in regional and campus events, and facilitate career networking by providing connections to internship and job opportunities. You can express your interest in participating in the Parents' Council.

Please also feel welcome to contact me with questions, concerns, or suggestions about how Knox College can better serve you. I look forward to either seeing you on campus or speaking with you soon!

Warmly,

Anne Ehrlich, Ed.D.
