If a job-related injury occurs, notify your supervisor immediately.  A Work Injury Report must be submitted to your supervisor and sent to Worker's Compensation Coordinator, Becky Canfield, in Human Resources.

Because prompt medical care may be essential to your maximum recovery, you should seek medical attention immediately after an injury. All medical services for work-related injuries are provided by St. Mary's Occupational Health Clinic located on the second floor of OSF St. Mary Medical Center. If the injury occurs during the evening or weekend, you should go to OSF St. Mary Medical Center emergency room. They will coordinate follow-up with the Occupational Health Clinic.
