We look forward to seeing you at New Student Orientation beginning January 2, 2019. Are you an international student? Find out when you should arrive on campus.

During orientation, you will move into residence halls, meet with your academic advisor, and learn about academic and social life at Knox.

Wednesday January 2, 2019

8 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Move Into Residence Hall
Pick up residence hall keys at the Administrative Services Building located at 251 E. Berrien Street

8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: I.D. photos
Stop by the Dining Services office, southwest corner of Seymour Union, to have your photo taken and get your Knox I.D.  (You will need your Knox I.D. to eat in Hard Knox Café for dinner)

1 p.m.: Introduction to Academic and Social Life at Knox
Alumni Room on the first floor of Old Main

2:30 p.m.: Meet With Your Assigned Academic Advisor And Sign Up For Classes

4:30 p.m.: Culture of Respect/Consent Workshop
Old Jail 10 

6:00 p.m.: Dinner For All New Students in the Hard Knox Café

Classes Begin

7:30 - 9:30 a.m.: Breakfast served in the Hard Knox Café

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.: I.D. photos
If you have not already done so, get your photo I.D. made at Dining Services, southwest corner of Seymour Union

8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Walk-in Computer Assistance
Room E010 (basement), Umbeck Science-Math Center (SMC)

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.: Lunch Served in the Hard Knox Café

4:30 p.m. -  7:30 p.m.: Dinner served in the Hard Knox Café
