Professor Monica Berlin's collection of poems has been published by Southern Illinois University Press.

Professor’s Award-Winning Book of Poems Published

A collection of poems by Professor of English Monica Berlin '95, awarded the 2017 Crab Orchard Poetry Open Prize, has been published by Southern Illinois University Press.

A translation by Neil Blackadder, professor of theatre, of the play Canned Meat was presented in a staged reading at the Austrian Cultural Forum in New York.

An article titled "The Gay Gayze: Expressions of Inequality on Grindr" by Chris Connor, visiting assistant professor of anthropology-sociology, was published in The Sociological Quarterly.  

Two poems by Gina Franco, associate professor of English, were published in the Fall/Winter 2018 print issue of 32 Poems.

Anne Schaefer, assistant professor of modern languages - French, presented a paper at the annual Australian Society for French Studies conference.

Tim Kasser, professor of psychology, was featured in the Real Simple article "How to Raise a Minimalist."

Cate Denial, Bright Professor of American History, was featured in the article "Grading Smarter, Not Harder" in Inside Higher Ed, where historians discuss efforts to evaluate student learning far beyond a grade.
