Knox College Dining offers a variety of food venues for our students and the Knox community. We focus on a “from scratch” cooking platform and locally sourced food options. Our dining team looks forward to serving our campus and ensuring your dining experience is enjoyable.
Knox Dining offers a wide variety of menu options in locations across campus; Hard Knox Café, The Gizmo (short order restaurant), The Outpost (our on-campus convenience store), Gale Grounds all offer a unique menu and service style. For your convenience, the Gizmo & The Outpost now offer grab n’ go (take out) meals.
Five residential meal plans and two commuter plans are tailored to fit any busy schedule. Students, both on campus and off can select from a combination of meals with dining dollars that fit their lifestyle.
Flex Dollars can also be purchased at any time through the Campus Card office or through the GET application which can be used for dining or at athe Campus Store (Bookstore).
As part of Knox College's environmental initiatives, students and staff have partnered to make dining at Knox College more environmentally conscious.
