The Department of Education ended the Federal Perkins Loan Program on June 30, 2018; however, there are several borrowers that remain in repayment.
The Henry Strong Loan is a private loan awarded through the Office of Student Financial Services and are applied directly to the student account.
Knox has made arrangements through Heartland ECSI to manage payments on these loans. You can access your account 24 hours a day and apply for loan consolidation, deferments, and cancellations through the online system. The system allows address changes, online payments, completion of exit interviews, and signing of promissory notes.
