The Audio-Visual Department provides equipment for the support of both instructional and student activities of the College. The AV Office is located in the Umbeck Science-Mathematics Center, room E107, and is open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also fill out an AV Support Request online.
Instructional activities of the College are the AV Department's first priority. Students needing AV equipment for a class assignment or project should coordinate their request with their instructor to insure that the equipment they need is available when they need it.
The AV Department maintains a selected inventory of equipment that is available to students wishing to work on approved independent projects. Such equipment loans are treated in the same manner as library reserve shelf items and the normal reserve overdue fine rates apply.
