The Knox College Staff Council exists as a positive collective voice to foster a spirit of unity by encouraging the exchange of ideas among college staff in keeping with the mission of Knox College. The Staff Council shall serve as an advisory body which conveys information and makes recommendations to the President regarding interests and concerns of the college Staff.

Meeting Dates:

March 28, Old Main 100, Alumni Room, 1-2 p.m.

Knox After Hours:

April 2, Iron Spike, 4:30-6:30 p.m.

May 7, The Bar 65, 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Staff Council Representatives promote recognition of staff contributions to the mission of Knox College, and recommends individuals to serve on committees where policies and procedures affecting staff will be discussed. The Staff Council will keep all staff informed and in turn keep the President advised of needs and interests of the Staff on college issues and activities. The Staff Council will always seek to promote a positive and collaborative work environment that is committed to assessing, prioritizing, and communicating Staff needs.

Staff Council now has a K-Box on campus, K-160. If you have any items that you feel the Staff Council should address, you can send any comments or suggestions to K-160, signed or anonymously. You can follow us on Facebook, as well!
