Make Sure Your Tech is Connected!
You need access to a computer; built-in microphone and camera (or ones connected via USB or Bluetooth) are plusses. Your phone or other mobile device can play the same role.
Make sure you can log into My.Knox, Email, Moodle, etc. Reliable internet connection is necessary. Many internet service providers are making connection easier.
Check with your instructors. They may use particular applications, Moodle features, and other communication platforms in their specific courses. They will provide guidance on how to use them.
Please ask for help when you need it. The Help Desk is available online (thru My.Knox) and during its open hours (309-341-7700):
