Jennifer Lemaster

Nurse Practitioner, APP

Jennifer Lemaster is our Advanced Practice Provider in collaboration with our partnership with Graham Medical Group to our Health Services Office. She will continue to provide medical care to enrolled students. Services provided include illness and injury management, minor emergency care, reproductive health and mental health visits, and medication management among other practices.

Jennifer's background includes acute care, emergency care, Director of Emergency Services, Family Practice and Urgent Care. She lives in Monmouth, has three children, is married to her husband for 15 years and has two Australian shepherds. She enjoys going on walks, hiking and spending time with her family.

Tiara Dais

Staff Nurse, RN BSN

Tiara is both a Galesburg native and a Knox College alumna. She changed career paths and graduated from nursing school in 2010. Tiara worked in Surgical/Trauma ICU at OSF Saint Francis in Peoria for 3 years before starting her adventure as a travel nurse. For the next decade, she traveled to Boston, Portland, Atlanta, Phoenix, and many places in between while calling Austin, TX home. Tiara recently moved back to the area to be closer to family. She has experience in all adult ICUs, adult and pediatric Cardiac Cath lab and Electrophysiology Lab including management and leadership roles.

Tiara is a lover of all animals. She rescues and fosters dogs, cats, reptiles and anything that shows up at her door. She currently has 2 dogs, 5 cats, and a veiled chameleon, all of which were rescued with some type of health/medical need, even a tiny cat with a congenital heart disorder! 

Heather Dennis

Staff Nurse, RN BSN

Heather is a graduate from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in nursing. Since graduating, she has worked in both the hospital and clinical areas, always with a focus on pediatrics. She has served our Knox community since February of 2022.
