Reserving Knox Facilities

For Knox-Sponsored Events

If you are hosting a Knox-sponsored event on campus, you can now reserve your room or facility using the College's Room Reservation System on Google Calendar. The Google Calendar method is a "self service" approach to room scheduling, allowing individuals to schedule any room they prefer with minimal effort. Requests are automatically accepted for all unmanaged rooms. For managed rooms, you will receive a notification only if the reservation is being denied for a specific purpose.

To reserve Knox facilities, visit the Room Reservation System page within My.Knox.Edu (password protected).

Please note that reservations for athletic facilities in Memorial Gym, the Andrew Fitness Center, and the Field House must be made by contacting Lisa Schafer at ljschafer@knox.edu or at extension 7281.

Outside Events

Inquiries about reserving Knox facilities by outside groups or organizations can be made by contacting Bradley Nolden at bnolden@knox.edu or 309-341-7213. Please note that room charges and insurance certificates may be required.
