Official Knox College stationery, including letterhead, envelopes, and labels, is ordered once a year each September through the Office of Communications. Communications asks that you take time to consider your needs for the entire year (or even two years if you have sufficient storage space). General College stationery rather than personalized office or departmental stationery is used by all offices and departments. Ordering in bulk helps with pricing and reduces waste as office and departmental staffing changes or phone/fax numbers shift.

All orders for business cards are processed by the Office of Communications. Supervisors are encouraged to contact Communications to process orders upon the arrival of a new employee. Communications may ask for additional business card orders from other offices at that time in order to conserve resources and receive better pricing. Individuals will also have the opportunity to order business cards as part of the annual stationery order (see above).
Consistency across all departments and programs helps to ensure that all business cards used by Knox College employees meet professional standards, represent the quality of our work and the College's business, and provide relevant information to support individuals and offices. The College's business card templates can be viewed in the College's Graphic Identity Standards.
