Bike mechanic, writer, tour ambassador, teaching assistant—many on-campus jobs are available for students who would like to work up to 10 hours each week. Priority is given to students with Federal Work Study or Campus awards, but any student interested in working on campus can apply. Not sure if you have a work award? Contact the Office of Financial Aid at 309-341-7149.

You can apply for positions through the Job Bank. You log in using your Knox username, which is your e-mail address without the "," followed by your Knox password. For example, the username of a student with the e-mail address would be tsmith.

The Job Bank shows all of the positions available, as well as those that are open right now.

At orientation, staff will be available to help students with the forms needed to work at Knox. Appropriate identification is required and original documentation must be presented to complete the required tax forms. You will find a list of appropriate identification on page 5 of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification (PDF).
