You received an email on June 6 with your Knox email address and password. If you deposited after June 6, you will receive an email with this info within a week of you deposit. If you did not receive the email, please contact the Knox Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 309-341-7700.
You will use your email address and password to log into my.knox.edu. Once you have logged in, we ask that you change your password to protect the security of your email. To do this, click on "Knox Apps" in the left column, then "Password Reset," where you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
My.Knox is Knox College's internal news and information portal, where you can access important College information and services and utilize secure tools. This is where you will see your account information and set up a payment plan, access your email and other administrative tools (like registrar, library, and course resources), and much more.
If you are having problems logging into my.knox.edu or changing your password, contact the Knox Help Desk at email@example.com or 309-341-7700. For security reasons, we cannot reset passwords via email. Password resets must be made over the phone.
