We value your comments, questions, and feedback so highly that we made Letters to the Editor a mandatory section of this website when we designed it—the site literally won't function correctly without them! 

One thing we have learned after two online-only issues, however, is that reading a magazine on the web is a far different experience from reading one in print. When you see something on the internet that makes you think, or makes you mad, or reminds you of a funny story, you may post a comment, but you'll likely not reach for a paper and pen.

That's food for thought the next time we contemplate a redesign (do we need a comments section?). In the meantime, if the print edition of this issue makes you think or makes you mad—or especially if it reminds you of a funny story—let us know.
