Pulitzer Prize-winning Poet Rita Dove visited Knox last year to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Knox’s Program in Creative Writing. She also gave the address at Knox’s 144th Commencement in 1989, which was featured on the cover of the Knox Alumnus, now known as the Knox Magazine.
