The Registrar's Office has completed the balancing and closing process for Fall 2023 enrollment, which ensures that the maximum number of students can enroll in courses according to their preferences.
Review Your Fall 2023 Course Schedule
- Login to My.Knox
- Select the Registrar Portal application from either My Apps or Knox Apps
- Select “Student Tools,” then “Student Schedule”
- Set your term for FA 23, and then select “View Your Schedule”
Due to balancing and closing, your schedule may have changed. The schedule on the Registrar portal reflects the courses you are enrolled in for the upcoming term. If you are not enrolled in the minimum 2.5 credits, you will need to enroll in another course during close-out registration.
Close-out registration opens on Monday, August 7th at 8:00 a.m. and closes on Friday, August 11 at 4:00 p.m.
- Close-out registration is first come, first served, so courses with few spaces may close quickly. Please be prompt in your communication with your advisor.
- Please do not be discouraged if you were closed out of a course. Students that were closed out of a course and that pre-enroll for that course at the next time it is offered are given priority placement.
- Close-out registration is only for students not enrolled in the minimum full-time status of 2.5 credits or who were closed out of a course. Any other course changes should be made during the first week of the term using the Drop/Add-Change of Course form on the Registrar portal, under Student Tools, Student Forms.
Review the Open Course List on the Registrar Portal
- Access the Registrar portal through My.Knox
- Select “Student Tools,” then “Course Schedules - Search”
- Scroll toward the bottom of the page and select "More Search Options"
- Scroll to the bottom of the next page and in the "Section status" field, select "Open"
- Select "Search" at the very bottom of the page.
This process will show you all open courses for the Fall 2023 term. Review the course listings and contact your advisor with your selection(s).
If you can't reach your advisor, please contact Associate Dean of the College Mary Crawford.
Best wishes for a successful start to the Fall term!
