Welcome to Knox!
Congratulations on your student's decision to enroll at Knox College. On behalf of the Division of Student Development, it is my sincere pleasure to welcome you into our community.
Over the next few months, your student will receive information about living and learning at Knox in communications from both Academic Affairs and the Division of Student Development. We will copy you on these emails, which will include information on topics like choosing housing preferences, taking placement exams, and fall course selection.
A communications archive of all new student communications can be viewed in the New Student section of the website. Here, you and your student will find the information you need to prepare for life at Knox. There is also a section just for you.
From the New Student section of the website, your student also has access to their own Pre-Arrival Tracker, which will include a checklist of items—from dining options to placement exams—that need to be completed before students arrive on campus. Periodically, we will send reminders letting students know which forms they have yet to complete. You will be copied on those communications, too.
