Join us for National "Make a Difference Day" and volunteer at Food Bank of the Rockies!
Saturday, October 15, 2022 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Food Bank of the Rockies (FBR) 10700 East 45th Avenue, Denver
This fall will mark the 18th volunteering session for our Knox group. Alumni, parents, and family members have found it a meaningful way to give back to our community. The Food Bank of the Rockies Mission and Programs address the challenge of hunger which affects one out of eight people in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Our group of volunteers (our group is limited to 25) will work together in the Main Warehouse. Volunteers must be 10 years or older, and any volunteer under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Closed-toe shoes are required for warehouse work. Visit the FBR website for more volunteer information.
FBR continues to align with best CDC recommendations, which are subject to change as needed.
Register by Friday, October 7, 2022. Due to COVID-19 tracking, registration will be handled on the FBR website.
Please know that every attendee will need to sign in or create a volunteer account. You can register your family, just know that a separate account will be needed for each person; you can use the same email address for everyone. Usernames should be one word (no spaces) but should not be an email address.
