Knox's chapter of UNICEF started in Winter 2017. Nationally, the United Nations Children's Fund works to protect and defend the rights of children around the world. On a local scale, UNICEF will hold various philanthropic events through the school year from open mics, to sports events, to raise funds and awareness of children's rights.
