Rotaract is the college level of Rotary, an organization dedicated to service internationally and locally. This chapter of the club plays an important role in the service of Knox College.

The club hosts a yearly Dodgeball tournament that raises money and canned foods for various regional food pantries.

Rotaract Events

  • "One Day Without Shoes": The day members spread awareness of the impact a pair of shoes can have on a child's life by taking off their own.
  • Grilling out for Guatemala: A picnic event that raises money to buy stoves for families in Guatemala.
  • Various local service projects: dog walking at the Humane Society, volunteering at the food pantry, clean up projects.

In the past, and in the works for this year, Rotaract has teamed up with the Rotary Club of Galesburg to host a Polio Plus dinner/dance. Rotary's main service goal is to eradicate Polio, and Rotaract gladly take this on as their role as well.
