Visual Arts Journal
Folio is a visual arts journal published bi-annually at Knox College and is the very first arts publication open to all of the College. Founded and run by students from a variety of disciplines, the journal's mission is to allow the Knox community the opportunity to publish and share their creative works, with a focus on the visual arts and design.
The journal is important not only because it demonstrates the breadth of artistic ability on campus, but also because it stands as a record of creation. It is one of the first attempts to document the presence of the visual arts at Knox. Spring 2011 marked the inaugural release of Folio, Volume 1, Issue 1.
Folio accepts submissions from the entire Knox community: students, faculty, staff, and alumni. All visual art forms are accepted:
ABLE was founded.
Open to students of all races, uniting them around common concerns regarding the Black experience
