Flow arts refers to object manipulation in the realms of dance, circus arts, illusion and contact exploration. Having roots in the Americas, New Zealand, China, and India, the practice has since been expanded into subcommunities of artists, innovators, and movers. This club strives to set aside a creative space for flow artists to meet, flow together, and share skills and techniques of this craft.

Some of the goals of the club are to engage both practicing flow artists and curious beginners as they learn from each other by practicing self-expression and creativity. The club is able to provide flowtoys such as hoops, poi, staff, fans, clubs and leviwands so that beginners who are interested in learning a new hobby can try something new without having to make a personal investment. Regular weekly practices come in the form of play sessions where participants can try out new movements and be guided by more experienced club leaders.
