At Knox, the art community is one that constantly flourishes and involves many aspects of campus and academic life. While art might exist in many places on campus, Art Club exists to immerse our students, faculty, and staff in the art of Knox and beyond.

Activities

  • Going on excursions to galleries near Galesburg, Chicago, the Quad Cities, and more
  • Traveling to artist lectures
  • Visiting graduate art programs such as Portfolio Day at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago

Past events

  • Art film showings
  • Student-led critiques
  • Portfolio workshops
  • Organizing student art shows

Art Club encourages all students, faculty, and staff to broaden their visions of art in the world around them and to create art of all kinds. With Art Club, you can experience the art of Knox, and contribute to it.
