Contact Improv and other movement explorations; moving for the sake of moving, & rewriting impulses of judgement and performativity. The goal is to nurture our bodies by creating a container for play and unscripted relations. Classes will involve physical contact, however degree of involvement is always up to the individual. Open to all gradients of movement experience, this course will evolve from the curiosities of participants. Physical disabilities are no barrier to full participation.
