Breathing and Relaxation with Laura
Do you need some tools to fight stress? Would you like to feel more relaxed going into exams or other stressful times? Or would you simply like to feel more relaxed in general?
Laura Lane will be leading short 30' sessions on breathing and relaxation most Thursdays from 12:15 to 12:45 in Jay Rehearsal Hall, CFA. No experience necessary! We'll do a brief relaxation exercise and then a few breathing techniques.
