Dr. John Larson is a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He studies the cellular and molecular mechanisms of memory formation. Some of his projects include: ortical synaptic function and memory in mouse models for autism, regulation of neuronal gene expression in learning, synaptic plasticity and neuronal function in mouse models for Alzheimer's disease, and more.
