An exhibit of Mark Lind '88  photographs will be on display in the lobby of the Ford Center for Fine Arts through April 2.

Mark Lind (born 1966, Chicago, IL) graduated from Knox College in 1988. Following graduation, Lind made several trips to the American Southwest, developing his minimalist approach to landscape photography. 

From 1991-1993, Lind studied advanced printing techniques and introductory film courses at Columbia College in Chicago. The remainder of the 1990's was spent blending his fine art practice with a variety of commercial projects and extended travel to Mexico and Italy.  While Lind's commercial photography practice is now entirely digital, he returns to analog image capture for personal projects whenever possible. The upcoming exhibit at Knox College is a mix of archival inkjet and encaustic prints that explore themes of memory and nostalgia.
