This slow pratice will incorporate alignment based principles and pranayama/breath work into all asanas.
We will explore variations of sun salutations, beginning and intermediate standing poses, basic and challenging balance poses, mindful stretching and strengthening poses, basic inversions and conclude in a 10-minute savasana. Bring a mat if you have one!
All yoga classes are offered free to students.
