This practice for those who want to slow down. We will explore gentle warm ups, basic stretches. amd therapeutic poses that help with hips and lower back issues. This class will end with a long restorative pose that aids in reducing stress and inducing deeper states of relaxation. Bring a mat, blocks, straps, bolster, blanket, and eye pillow if you have it (no prior experience required.)
Weekly yoga classes are free for students.
