SHiNE Dance Fitness is a full body cardio + toning workout rooted in traditional jazz, ballet, and hip hop. This class is great for beginners and experienced dancers - come as you are - for original choreography set to hit music! 

Class is usually in CFA Breitborde Dance studio but sometimes moves to the Fitness Center due to schedule conflicts. Email Lisa Harris to confirm location at lkharris@knox.edu.
