As winter approaches, it is important to take care of your mental health and wellness and what better way to get creative and hands on than to learn how to bind together your own custom journal or bullet journal! Pick out some 3D-printed charms made by STEAM Club, assemble your journal and check out some templates to set it up! Learn how journaling can help you express your thoughts and feelings and how bullet journaling can help keep track of information, explore your creativity, brainstorm, and keep track of what inspires you.
