Fitness Studio at E&L Andrew Fitness Center
This beginning practice will incorporate alignment based principles and pranayama/breath work into all the asanas. We will explore variations of sun salutations, beginning and intermediate standing poses, basic balance poses, mindful stretching and strengthening poses, gentle inversions and conclude in a final relaxation pose.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props to help make your practice more comfortable and accessible. We will follow all Covid-19 protocols that are in place at Knox, as such this class is limited to the first 9 students who arrive to class each week. If we have more than ten participants we will move to the basement of CFA, Room 105 or outside when weather is nice.
