Join our Knox community for a dynamic and inspiring yoga practice that focuses on increasing strength and flexibility in sequences that will help you connect breath to movement. We will explore variations of sun salutations, beginning and intermediate standing poses, balance poses, mindful stretching and strengthening, basic inversions and conclude in a 5 minute savasana.
