This is a banquet-style event to honor and celebrate Knox women student athletes, with a keynote address by Dr. Alison Snyder Warwick ‘00, M.D., F.A.C.S., an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Knox, Alison was the recipient of numerous academic and athletics awards, including being named the 2000 Most Outstanding Senior, NCAA Woman of the Year at Knox, and recipient of the Evelyn Bielefedt Award for the woman with the most outstanding Knox athletics career. The program will also include recognition of notable Knox women athlete alumnae, including both members of the Board of Trustees and Alumni Achievement Award Winner Denise Roza '83, along with the Women’s Basketball Midwest Conference Tournament teams being honored as part of this year’s Basketball Reunion on Saturday, and will conclude with remarks from Daniella Irle, Director of Athletics, and President Teresa Amott, both leading women in their roles at Knox College.
