This practice is for those who want to slow down, move mindfully, and engage the breath in a way that creates space and eases tension throughout the body. We will incorporate strengthening and balancing poses, gentle inversions and hip openers, and therapeutic/restorative poses that reduce stress and induce deeper states of relaxation. (Prepaid yoga pass may be used for this 75 minute class)
