Gentle Restorative Yoga
This practice is for those who want to slow down. We will explore different breathing techniques, gentle warm ups, basic stretches, and therapeutic poses that may ease tension in hips and back. The class will end in a long restorative pose or savasana that aids in reducing stress and inducing deeper states of relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, straps, bolster, blanket, and eye pillow if you have them.
