All Levels Alignment Flow Yoga for Students
Join Tina Hope for an invigorating yoga practice that includes gentle warm ups, sun salutations, and standing and balancing poses. The practice may explore inversions and gentle back bends, while focusing on careful alignment and breath as it relates to movement. A final relaxation pose will be offerred at the end of class.
