Barry Bauman is a leading art conservator and the founder of the Chicago Conservation Center. His lecture will focus on his career and major technical innovations in art conservation. It will also include information on his important restoration of paintings in the Knox College permanent art collection, several of which are currently on display in the exhibit "A College Collects: Highlights of the Knox College Permanent Art Collection" in the Borzello Gallery, Ford Center for the Fine Arts.
