This slow practice will incorporate alignment based principles and pranayama/breath
work into all the asanas. We will explore variations of sun salutations, beginning and
intermediate standing poses, basic balance poses, mindful stretching and
strengthening poses, gentle inversions and conclude in a 10 minute savasana.
