This practice will incorporate alignment based principles and breath work into all the
asanas. We will explore variations of sun salutations, beginning and intermediate
standing poses, balancing poses, mindful stretching and strengthening poses, basic
inversions and a final relaxation pose. Some yoga mats will be made available.
