If you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States and will require a visa to study in the U.S., you should apply as an international student. (Undocumented immigrants residing in the U.S. should apply as First-Year Applicants.) If you are applying as a transfer student from another university, you should apply as a Transfer Applicant.
Complete the Common Application. An application fee is not required.
Secondary School Report* and Transcript*
On your Common Application, request that your school counselor complete the School Report and provide your transcript.
On your Common Application, identify a teacher from an academic subject area (English, math, social studies, science, or language) to submit a recommendation.
Transcripts from any college or university attended
Request that your transcripts are sent directly to the Knox College Office of Admission.

*A note on school reports, recommendations, and transcripts: After identifying your counselor and teacher on the Common Application, they will be invited to complete their forms online via the Common Application website.
