Students from any college or university may apply. Our courses and calendar are easily adapted for students coming from semester schools. To participate in the program, a student must have completed a full year of intermediate coursework in Spanish. Knox students should complete three 200-level courses before participation, preferably Spanish 201, 230A, and 235. In addition, students should be in good academic standing and present three letters of recommendation (one from your academic advisor, one from a recent Spanish professor, and one from another professor). Beginning in 2016-17, we will consider applications from students with only one 200 level course in Spanish.

Each course taken equals one Knox College credit, which in turn translates into 3.3 semester hours. A full-time load is three (3) courses, although you may taken an additional course for no extra fee.
