Thank you for a great 2017 program! 2018 dates will be announced in the fall.

Knox College for Kids (College 4 Kids) is a summer enrichment program for students from Galesburg and the surrounding communities who are entering grades 3-8.

Knox College 4 KidsThe program began at Knox College in 1975. Classes are taught by Knox faculty, master teachers from area schools, professionals, and Knox College students who serve as teachers or teaching assistants.

Knox College 4 Kids courses are designed to engage and motivate students of all backgrounds.

Program Registration

Program dates will be announced in fall of 2017. Registration will open in April 2018.

Program Schedule

Knox College for Kids consists of three one-hour class periods held on weekdays, Monday-Friday, for two weeks each summer in June.

  • First hour: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
  • Second hour: 9:45-10:45 a.m.
  • Third hour: 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

First day check-in begins at 7:45 a.m. in the lobby of the Ford Center for Fine Arts (CFA). Please arrive by 8am for a brief Welcome Program for participants and their families.
