Teresa Nelson
Director of Civic Engagement
I am a seasoned educator who brings a wealth of experience and passion to my role as the Director of Civic Engagement at Knox College. I have over two decades of experience shaping young minds and fostering positive change. My commitment to education and community development is evident through my rich professional journey and diverse roles. I am excited to engage with students, faculty, and the broader community to create a culture of empowerment and service.
Kay Sage
Administrative Assistant
In my job as administrative assistant, | split my time between two offices; the HOPE Center for Intercultural Life and the Kleine Center for Community Service. I have not been here long, I joined the staff in October 2023, but really enjoy the community I have found at Knox College and have always felt welcomed. My role at Knox is to support the faculty and students in various programs and projects and in doing so I am always learning new and exciting things. I am married and have four adult children and am a very proud grandma of six. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, going for walks with my dogs, running, reading or watching movies.
