From the Twin Cities, take Highway 52 to Rochester. At Rochester, take Highway 63 south to Waterloo, IA where you'll connect to I-380 South to Iowa City. Take I-80 East to the Quad Cities. Proceed east on I-74 to Galesburg, take exit 46 and follow the signs to Knox College.
