Knox complies with eligibility requirements for Title IV federal funding by providing current and prospective students with "consumer information," or vital information about the College, its practices, and the availability of financial aid. Financial Aid Handbook

Knox College's Financial Aid Handbook features information regarding financial aid programs, the application process and institutional policies for receiving aid, as well as other important information regarding financial aid. Special Services for Disabled Students

Knox College offers accessible buildings, including a fully accessible residence hall. Special accommodations in the academic program are also available for students with special learning needs. For more information, please contact the Division of Student Development at 309-341-7222.

Completion and Graduation Rates

Student Outcomes Data

Knox College administers the First Destination Survey annually to gather post-graduation plans. Data is collected through an online survey administered by the Office of Institutional Research prior to commencement each year. To supplement the responses to the survey additional research is undertaken by various offices for a period of six months following graduation to obtain the most accurate information about post-graduation plans. Additional information about student outcomes can be found on the College Scorecard and Associated Colleges of Illinois websites. Additional information for individual academic programs can be found on each of the major and minor pages on the Knox website, and general information can be found on the Outcomes webpage.

Terms of Loan Deferment and Cancellations
Information about Federal Perkins and Direct Loan Deferments and cancellations is provided by the U.S. Department of Education.

Campus Safety Information, Drug Free Schools and Communities

Knox College provides to all students, faculty and staff an annual security report (PDF) that includes information on crimes reported that have occurred on or near campus. The report also outlines institutional policies concerning campus safety, crime prevention, crime reporting, alcohol and other drugs, and sexual assault. You can request a copy of the report by calling 309-341-7255.

Athletic Program Information

Knox College also complies with the requirements of the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) by completing an annual report of participation rates, financial support and other information on men's and women's intercollegiate athletic programs. The report is available above or on the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Postsecondary Education website by entering "Knox College" in the search box at the bottom of the following page.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Knox complies with the requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and routinely provides information on the law to parents and students. For specific questions, contact the Office of the Registrar at 309-341-7205 or the Office of Student Development at 309-341-7222.

Students may request withholding of directory information by completing a FERPA Form, which is available from the Office of the Registrar. Students must submit a withholding request every year that they attend Knox.

Knox does not have any programs defined by the U.S. Department of Education as Gainful Employment programs.
