Knox faculty, students, and staff have a long tradition of participating in the major events of the day, and the current national discussion of race, equality and social justice is one in which our community is actively engaged. Knox College is committed to issues of social justice and the importance of diversity and inclusivity on campus and beyond.

Administrators and faculty, the Center for Intercultural Life, many student clubs and organizations, including ABLE (Allied Blacks for Liberty and Equality) and Union Board, Intergroup Dialogue, and the Student Senate Diversity Committee have identified ways to engage the campus in conversation and education.
