By regularly practicing yoga with Yoga Way, you will not only de-stress, but also gain a wide range of other health benefits, such as:
Yoga Way meets twice a week, and each session is different. Usually there is an informal session where the group watches videos or has other students teach new poses from other classes. There is also a more formal session, in which a certified instructor leads the class. Every term, Yoga Way schedules some special sessions with a guest instructor.
Every Reading Day, a session is offered that is designed to be especially relaxing and soothing, which closes with a power health food snack.
Even if you have never tried yoga before, there is no better time to start learning than now. Sessions are open to everyone in the community.
