The Knox Student
The Knox Student is the college's official student newspaper. A weekly publication, TKS has been student-written, student-run, and student-read since 1878. It has a long tradition of being an independent voice for students, reporting on developments at Knox that affect students, as well as covering the cultural, social and athletic life of the college.

TKS welcomes all students as reporters, columnists, photographers, cartoonists or editorial, advertising, and production assistants. [Photo, right: TKS staff display Illinois College Press Association Awards.]

WVKC 90.7 FM
WVKC (The Voice of Knox College) is a 1,000-watt, non-commercial FM stereo radio station broadcasting to Knox College and the Galesburg community. WVKC features music and public service programming including hip hop, jazz, blues, alternative, live radio theatre, spoken word, in-studio bands, news and talk shows.

Catch
Catch, Knox's literary magazine, is a collection of original student work. The magazine is student-run, from the editorial staff appointed by the Board of Publications to the volunteer proofreaders.

Catch is published twice a year and features work from any creative genre, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, music, plays, theatrical designs, ceramics, sculpture, painting and photography. Submission drives take place every fall, winter and spring, and all students are encouraged to submit.

The Common Room
An on-line journal of literary criticism operated by the Knox English Department, The Common Room posts new essays three times a year.

Wynken, Blynken and Nod
A children's and young adult literature magazine published by Knox students. Wynken, Blynken, and Nod is named after the famous poem by celebrated children's poet Eugene Field (1850-1895), who attended Knox from 1869 to 1871 and is operated by the Knox College English Department.
